Analysis is a Nordic team within business area Commercial.  We are organized under Product and Price, and support Commercial with DWH solutions, analysis of tariffs and profitability, and IBNR modeling.  We are looking to strengthen our team within pricing and tariff analysis, and want to hire an Analyst.

The main tasks include:
Develop, maintain and document tariffs and pricing principles together with peers in Product and Price.  Take part in related system development projects as needed.  Contribute with WayPoint and Polaris related tasks, e.g., code structures, price elements, renewal principles, data quality.

Support and coach the Lines of Business staff to improve the portfolio management, aiming to increase the profitability.  Assist in analyzing major customers or specific segments, together with Distribution, UW and P&P.  Support with analysis methods and data handling skills.

Add to the quality and structure of insurance data through use in analyses.  Contribute to the team's targets through cooperation on other analysis tasks, e.g., reserve modeling, datawarehouse architecture.

Profile and requirements:

• Higher education within mathematics, statistics or actuarial science.
• Good IT and programming skills. We use SAS as a tool to extract and analyze data from data warehouses, and knowledge about SAS is an advantage. You will be required to learn to use SAS, if you do not already know the system.
• Good understanding of insurance financials and insurance products is an advantage.
• Co-operation skills.
• Goal oriented and structured.
• Good communication and presentation skills.

The position offers interesting and varied tasks in a Nordic environment. Both experienced professionals and recently graduated candidates are encouraged to apply.  Some travelling within the Nordic region will be required.
