Underwriting Service Specialist within Underwriting Service & Support Stockholm
Underwriting Service & Support looks for an Underwriting Service Specialist (USS) to join the Major account team in Stockholm. You will work with all lines of business (with focus on Property), for International Produced Insurance Programs from Zurich (IPZ).

Summary
As a USS, you will administrate International program business, instruct the network, serve Fronting Companies with information to issue required local policies within stipulated timeframes and quality. You will work in close cooperation with Underwriters, Brokers/Customers and the Network to ensure process excellence and timely deliveries.

Key Tasks
As a USS, your key tasks will be:

• Data collection and preparation of new and renewal data for underwriting and policy issuance purposes according to agreement UW-UWS
• Registration of insurance coverage in the internal FIRST system
• Registration of local program coverage in the International Program System (IPS)
• Preparation of questionnaires, value specifications etc where applicable
• Support UW in the design of international program business regarding network routines and administrative excellence
• Participate in customer meetings, both pre-bound and post bound to ensure the process flow
• Produce Claims Statistics
• Completion of NCS data
• Certificate issuance
• Policy and invoice issuance
• Premium collection

Qualifications/Skills
We believe you are service minded and accurate in your work. You are fluent in Swedish and English, have experience in insurance market issues and you have good computer skills. As a person, you are responsible and communicative and show multitask capabilities.  Experience in the area of handling Property International Program Business as well as a great interest in this field of the insurance business is a plus.
